Warren W. Dedrick, Chairman, CR Software LLC
Warren provides the rebellious thinking that leads to change. "Status quo" is never good enough in Warren's world, which led to an unwillingness to accept the deficiencies of recovery software in 1984 and the birth of CR Software. He knows his way around the industry like nobody's business and even though he's squeezing in more sportfishing and fewer industry events, don't be fooled. He's an industry addict. And one salty dog.
Martin Germanis, CEO
Martin combines over 25 years of experience in the receivables management industry with a strong IT background. He’s the rarest of CEO’s: knows the product line cold, meets every new employee, still calls customers to chat. He's a local talent who never strayed far from home, his quest for technological dominance, or his favorite Bruce Springsteen record. His presence is felt throughout the industry, and his booming voice lets you know he's always within earshot. Be careful. He's also a good listener.
Edz Sturans, President
With a rich and varied management background, Edz (pronounced "Edge") brings a passion for management, growth, and relationship building that's hard to match. He takes the impossible and puts it into words, timelines and roadmaps. The carpet outside his office is worn out and his texts are more frequent than a teenager with a new phone because he's the go-to guy. Edz has the answers. We've been honored with "One of the Best Places to Work in Virginia" from Virginia Business Magazine more than once. Edz creates the office community that makes this happen.
Ed Wallen, CIO
Ed brings a background rich in IT innovation and implementation. Before joining CR Software, he successfully rolled out several high volume transactional systems for two cutting edge J2EE product companies, the U.S. Department of Defense, several U.S. civilian intelligence and enforcement agencies, and one of the world’s largest hospitality firms. We're pretty sure he's the guy that kept ruining the grade curve for the rest of us all through school. He's the go-to guy on the development side.
Uwe Jacobs, CTO
Uwe (pronounced "Oova") brings a perspective and approach that reminds everyone else in the room to stop with the traditional and get going with the innovative. He's an unusual combination of old-school and new thinking, probably because his background in IT design and development has been sharpened at companies all over the world, in a variety of capacities. Uwe makes sure the trains run on time.
