Automated Clearinghouse Processing
Business owners can increase the number of urgency payments and provide a convenience to debtors by using CRS Automated Clearinghouse. You enter and store consumer and commercial deposit account information and automatically debit that account using an electronic funds transfer. The transfer is made through the account holders bank or an automated clearinghouse.

Check Writing
CRS Check Writing enables you to input consumer checking account information and automatically generate a physical check. By interfacing with third party check writing software, users download a file of check information to a PC and print checks in-house. Checking account data can be entered and stored for both consumer and commercial accounts.

Credit Card Processing
CRS Credit Card Processing allows users to input cardholders’ credit card information and receive instant approval. By communicating directly from the software with the agency’s merchant account processor, collectors can accept credit card payments directly from the Collector Station and have those payments immediately approved or denied. Virtual Payment Processing automatically books the payments to the system.

Predictive Dialing Interface
Enables users to upload and download account data from the Collection Resource System to a non-integrated, third party dialer.

Skip Trace Providers
CRS Skip Trace Plus! includes Skip Trace Batch and Skip Trace Online. This feature provides searches for demographic, public record and bankruptcy information from various vendors.

Letter Outsourcing Service
CRS Letter Outsourcing Service is an automated interface that lets you print, commingle, and mail first class business mail through a national print and mail facility. Fully integrated with CRS and Platinum, CRS Letter Outsourcing Service automatically generates letters for significantly less than it costs to handle mailings in-house. The interface is currently available for use with most professional letter outsourcing companies.

Call Outsourcing
The Call Outsourcing Interface enables you to transfer consumer account information from the Collection Resource System to the Call Outsourcing vendor to make outgoing calls.

Credit Bureaus
CR Software works closely in conjunction with the major reporting credit bureaus to ensure you are connected to up to date information when you need it.
