2011 Year in Review

Posted by: Warren Dedrick in Untagged  on

2011 was a fantastic year for CR Software.

We pride ourselves on testing new waters. When it comes to using new technologies to create fresh capabilities, 2011 will be one for the record books.  Titanium developers were busy all year long.

Student loan functionality flew off the charts, giving users the ability to:

  1. Use financial transactions to automatically increase and decrease the Make Whole balance.
  2. Support a variety of scenarios to obtain collection charges.
  3. Trigger Make Whole processing at account forwarding and recall.

Medical functionality was at breakneck pace as well, offering:

  1. Early Out/Self Pay and Balance After Insurance
  2. Payer Follow Up and Program Eligibility
  3. Comprehensive Compliance Framework, including HIPAA
  4. Account Consolidation and Single-Point Management

We couldn't leave financial institution functionality out of the fun.

Did you know?

  1. Titanium serves as your system of record, a true extension of your host system.
  2. Easy import, export and management of exceedingly large volumes of data
  3. Manage agencies, attorneys and other vendors with great efficiency
  4. Compliance assurance at the federal, state and local levels.

What all this functionality led to was a banner year.

We welcomed several state and county governments, one of the world's largest credit issuers, two of the world's largest collection agencies and a list of other impressive organizations to the CR Software family. We increased staff by 50%. We're keeping our nose to the grindstone in order to keep earning the trust and respect from all our customers, both new and old.

Cheers to Smart Receivables Management in 2012.  All the best to you and yours, too.

Warm regards,

Warren
