Titanium ORE Redefines Scalability in Barrier-Breaking Performance TestA lot of software providers talk the talk. Titanium ORE from CR Software walked the walk in a recent large scale load test as part of an ongoing performance testing effort of their powerful enterprise accounts receivable collection and inventory management software. For more than 28 years, CR Software has provided the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry with best-of-breed technology solutions, helping customers manage the increasingly complex businesses of account collection, placement and management. Its newest Titanium ORE open architecture solution is aimed squarely at large enterprise users and business process outsourcing (BPO) service providers. These customers look to CR Software to provide a scalable and feature rich platform built on the latest and greatest proven technologies that the software industry has to offer. "We are actively working with and implementing Titanium ORE for some of the largest ARM operations in the world. These organizations require enterprise-class power, reliability and scalability," explains Ed Wallen, CR Software CIO. "We conducted this test to ensure we can meet and exceed their needs," he continued. Titanium ORE was tested in the Hewlett-Packard Solution Center Lab in Cupertino, CA. The test was conducted against a 35 million account database with 11,200 users concurrently working against a single system instance. Even with 11,200 users on the system, there was no degradation in service. Titanium ORE is the only solution available today with the ability to scale to this level. Using a single ProLiant DL G6 database server, the system executed almost all transactions with a response time under one second. "This is exactly what our customers are looking for in their software provider," Wallen confirmed. "Scalability like what we've proven with Titanium ORE has never been achieved before; we're fielding questions about it on a regular basis." Titanium ORE is a feature-rich enterprise recovery solution from CR Software designed to meet the needs of the world's largest receivables management organizations. It operates within a distributed or clustered environment, scaling to serve many thousands of concurrent online users working against terabytes of data. Titanium ORE is an open system able to integrate via pluggable interfaces to predictive dialers, document management systems, electronic payment processors and other vendors utilized by ARM enterprises.
